As we near the end of 2023, we also draw ever closer to the end of the construction phase at Wirraglen.

This month our principal contract with Hutchies reached practical completion and we continue to lay turf and plant new trees as the weather permits. Construction of developer fencing is ongoing, and the area is slowly being transformed from a construction site, to premium homesites for a new community.

We are thankful for all of the hardworking consultants and contractors that have poured their heart and soul into the project. We look forward to the new year when the finishing touches will be applied and we can finally make the lots available to all of our new residents to begin construction of their new homes.
