The estate layout is slowly being revealed on the ground, with the southern section road network formed and ready for asphalt later this month.

All kerb and road base to this area of the development has now been installed, along with all stormwater, sewer, water and electrical.

With the topsoil respread now commencing, the lots are really taking shape. Installation of the stormwater and sewer to the balance of the site has commenced from the east heading west along this northern section. It has been especially satisfying to see the culvert crossing installed across the drainage corridor, effectively joining the northern and southern sectors together.

Construction of the retaining walls is progressing well. These really highlight the varying homesite levels in these areas and the views to be afforded to the future lot owners.

Upcoming works include the external roadworks and electrical underground mains along Kleinton Road & Meringandan Road, as well as the digging for the sewer pump station well.

With the recent endorsement of our streetscape by Council, we are now also finalising the tree selections for our open green spaces. We have been spoilt for choice with so much beautiful stock to choose from our local suppliers Geham Grove Botanicals and Emaho Trees.
