The start of 2024 has brought with it renewed excitement for the end of the construction phase at Wirraglen.

Finishing touches are being applied and the recent rain has been most welcome.

It has been a massive undertaking, but all of our street trees and trees for the parkland corridor, have now been planted. The small garden beds throughout this area are being topped up, ready to plant out next week with shrubs and seedlings. The remaining turf installation to this area and at the estate entry is nearing completion. The final sections of the Kleinton Rd fencing are due for completion mid-February and our stamped asphalt road treatments have commenced.

The first of our picnic shelters is looking great, with the sandstone retaining now in place. This area will be further enhanced when the garden beds and seating are installed next week.

Remediation efforts from storm damage during the Christmas period are coming to an end. We expect council inspections to commence shortly to enable us to achieve plan sealing as soon as possible thereafter.
