Another month flies by and we become even more aware of the massive scale of this incredible project. The extreme effort from everyone involved cannot be underestimated as we move towards delivering 147 lots in a single phase for this new community.

Road closures this month have allowed for major stormwater infrastructure to be installed across Wirraglen Road, connecting with outlets & some impressive gabion structures!

Once Wirraglen Road is re-opened, we will be able to commence the Kleinton Road widening works, critical to the timing of the project delivery. The sewer pump station has been installed, backfilled and is finally ready for test commissioning next month.

With turf going down sequentially from the southern section across to the north, we finally see some finishing touches being applied.

Footings for our entry feature will be installed this month, with the block work and stone finishes being completed towards the end of August. The northern section of the estate is slowly coming together too, with 90% of the kerb now laid and footpath installation progressing well.

Whilst these northern sector works are being completed, the project team are busy commencing compilation of the as built data and completing reviews, in anticipation for On-Maintenance with council in the coming months.
