Since arriving on site in late August, Hutchies have been very busy completing the site topsoil strip.
Recent drone LIDAR capture has enabled the earthworks modelling for the estate to be finished, so the crew are well into the bulk earthworks, with 50 percent of these now complete.
Work on the sewer mains is also now underway in the south-east corner of the site. With wet weather hampering progress, fingers are crossed for some more sunny days ahead so that the next stage of construction can commence. This will include finishing off the bulk earthworks, completing the road crossing for stormwater infrastructure and gabion structures, before cutting in the road profiles.
