Due to overwhelming interest in the development, select early releases in the first stage, Wirraglen View, have been made available now. Explore the interactive maps on our Land page to find out what lots are still available, as these are being snapped up fast.

Once you have selected your perfect lot, contact us to obtain an Expression of Interest form and secure your lot with a fully refundable deposit. Your chosen lot will then be placed on hold for you until such time as you are offered an Off the Plan contract for signing.

We anticipate that this will be towards the end of the year once pricing has been set and full disclosure plans prepared. You will then have a period of seven days to decide whether you wish to proceed with your purchase.
